The Chandigarh Administration has announced Holiday on the occasion of Guru Ravi Dass Birth Anniversary.
Orders were issued in this regard today declaring Saturday, February 27 as holiday.
The orders also said that this holiday would also be observed within the meaning of Section 25 of Negotiable Instruments Act 1881 thereby meaning that all Banks and other financial institutions would also remain closed on Saturday.
