Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh on Tuesday released ‘A Tryst with Royalty – The Hidden Corners of Jind State’, a narrative of the multi-faceted growth story of the erstwhile Jind State.
Penned by Rajeev Jindal, the book showcases the history, religion and culture of Jind State, with focus on its administration, education, army, police, public health and transportation systems.
The launch event was attended by Punjab Local Bodies Minister Brahm Mohindra and former MLA Surinderpal Singh Sibia, besides family members of the author.
