Capt Amarinder condoles death of Lt Gen TS Shergill’s mother

Chandigarh, January 13, 2020 (Yes Punjab News)

Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh on Monday condoled the death of Smt. Sonia Rajinder Singh Sparrow, the mother of his Senior Advisor Lt. Gen (Retd) Tejinder Singh Shergill.

She passed away at Jalandhar Cantt at the age of 104 this evening. She is survived by two sons

In his condolence message, the Chief Minister described her death as a major irreparable loss for the family.

Sharing his heartfelt sympathies with the bereaved family, Captain Amarinder prayed to the Almighty to give courage to them to bear this irreparable loss, and for eternal peace to the departed soul.
