Capt Amarinder condoles death of former Punjab minister Satwant Kaur Sandhu

Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh on Saturday mourned the sad demise of veteran Shiromani Akali Dal leader and Ex-Minister Bibi Satwant Kaur Sandhu, who passed away today in a private hospital at Mohali.

In his condolence message, the Chief Minister said that the two time minister and a five-time MLA from Chamkaur Sahib, worked relentlessly for the overall development of the region and well being of its people especially the disadvantaged sections of the society.

Expressing heartfelt sympathies with the members of the bereaved family, relatives and friends, the Chief Minister prayed to the Almighty to give strength to bear this irreparable loss in this hour of grief and grant eternal peace to the departed soul.
