The body of a nearly 5-year-old girl was found outside Sri Darbar Sahib on Thursday.
The body of the girl kept lying outside Sri Darbar Sahib for some time and people believed she was sleeping. However, it later transpired that it was a dead body.
After this body was found in the plaza located on the Ghanta Ghar side of Sri Darbar Sahib, the Shiromani Committee employees came into action. Besides notifying the police, recordings of CCTV cameras were also checked.
Meanwhile, it came to light that this girl was earlier carried by a woman and another child was also walking behind her. In the clipping that came out from another place, a suitcase is seen in the hand of this woman, but the said girl is not seen with her.
The Shiromani Committee has shared the following message on social media in this regard and has appealed to people to share information about the identity of this girl and woman so that this matter can be resolved. Meanwhile, the girl’s body was handed over to the Kotwali Police Station, Galiara Chowki.

Late yesterday evening, a little girl’s body was found outside Sri Darbar Sahib Ghanta Ghar. As soon as the authorities came to know about this, they handed over the body to the police station Kotwali Glyara Chowki. It is requested to the Sangat that if anyone knows this girl or has any information related to this girl, please let us know at the office Sri Darbar Sahib (Contact No: 9781130219) or at the local Galyara Chowki. A suspicious woman has been seen with this girl in the CCTV footage.If anyone has any information about this, please share it on the said number or Kotwali Glyara Chowki.
