Black List of Sikhs living abroad abolished – Sukhbir Badal thanks PM Modi

SAD president Sardar Sukhbir Singh Badal today welcomed “the just and fair decision of the Govt of India to abolish Black Lists of Sikhs living abroad.

In a statement here, Mr Badal thanked the Prime Minister Narendra Modi for accepting the long standing demand of the community for which the SAD waged a long struggle. . “This is a statesmanlike decision which Will go a long way in assuaging hurt Sikh feelings and ending the feeling of alienation in the Sikh community. “

Mr Badal hoped that the decision will be followed through and will be promptly implemented in letter and spirit.
