An formal complaint against the APP convenor Mr Arvind Kejriwal was lodged today by senior BJP leader in a police station in Mohali. The Complainant Dr Jagmohan Singh Raju has registered the complaint for using seditious, shocking and disturbing allegations against the Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi.
Addressing an press conference at the party headquarters after lodging the police complaint Dr Jagmohan Singh Raju said that “ it is indeed a matter of grave concern that such language against the country’s Prime Minister Mr Narindra Modi was uttered by the APP supremo Arvind Kejriwal. He was actually instigating by making false allegations and accusing the Prime Minister of “ having an setting with Pakistan and terror groups”. It is most unfortunate that such seditious statements were made at one Jan Vijay Rally.
Arvind Kejriwal was trying to instigate and propagate malicious propaganda against our honourable Prime Minister. It is pertinent to note that under no circumstances should any one make such blasphemous statements against the nations Prime Minister. Said Dr Jagmohan Singh Raju.
The former Director General of Police Mr SS Virk also while addressing the media said to a quarry that “ incidents by radical forces were now happening at an alarming rate since the APP came into power.
The complaint has been registered under 124A, 153A, 503, 504, 505, and 506 of the Indian penal code 1860.
