Bir Devinder Singh attends Dhindsa’s Panthic Assembly, resigns from SAD Taksali

Former Punjab Deputy Speaker Bir Devinder Singh has resigned from SAD Taksali.

A press release issued by Bir Devinder Singh said that he was part of the Panthic Assembly held Tuesday at Ludhiana, which unanimously elected Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa MP as President of Shiromani Akali Dal Democratic.

“Since I subscribed to all the decisions taken at Panthic Assembly held at Ludhiana today, the political probity demands that I should step down from all the positions I was holding in SAD Taksali. Therefore, I resign from the SAD Taksali as its Senior Vice President and all other positions held by me,” he said.

Bir Devinder Singh thanked Jathedar Ranjit Singh Brahmpura Ex-MP for having given him the responsibilities during his association with SAD Taksasli. He wished him good health.
