Jalandhar, Apri, 4, 2020 (Yes Punjab News)
Jaskirat Kaur, a daughter of late Bhai Nirmal Singh Khalsa, the former Hazoori Raagi of Shri Darbar Sahib, Amritsar has tested positive for Coronavirus.
This has not been announced formally as yet by Punjab Health Department, but still has been tweeted by none other than KBS Sidhu, IAS, Special Chief Secretary, Punjab.
Admitted in Civil Hospital, Jalandhar, Jaskirat Kaur who is a resident of Jalandhar, was in contact with her father.
It is pertinent to mention here that Gurmeet Kaur (65), a resident of Amritsar and an aunt of late Hazoori Raagi has also tested positive. Gurmeet Kaur along with her husband Gurbachan Singh (75) had returned from US on March 3, 2020. One more contact, a companion of Bhai Nirmal Singh Khalsa has also been tested positive.
It may be recalled that 31 people including 10 family members, other contacts and doctors, nursing staff etc. were quarantined after Bhai Nirmal Singh was found positive.
