Senior Akali leader and former Union Minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal has tested positive for COVID.
This was informed Friday by Harsimrat Badal herself. Taking to Twitter she informed people that she has tested positive for COVID-19 with mild symptoms.
She has quarantined herself at her home and said that she was taking all the necessary precautions.
She requested all those who came in contact with her to isolate and get themselves tested at the earliest.
It may be recalled that former Union Minister’s husband and SAD president Sukhbir Singh Badal too had earlier tested positive and remained admitted to Medanta. He has since recovered and started his political activity.
