The Punjab & Haryana HIgh Court has adjourned cases fixed/listed from December 25, 2021 to January 31, 2021.
The orders have been passed considering the prevailing pandemic situation due to outbreak of COVID-19 in the states of Punjab, Haryana and UT Chandigarh with a view to ensure the safety of the Judges, Advocates, Staff and litigants.
The new dates for the cases have been fixed from July 21 to Sept, 14, 2022.
