On the occasion of the 551st Gurpurav of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji , religious functions to be held at Sri Nankana Sahib and Sri Kartarpur Sahib will be broadcasted live across the world. Mr. Rajinder Saini, President and CEO Parvasi Media Group, shared this information.
While sharing further, Mr. Rajinder Saini, said that on the occasion of 551st Gurparva of Sri GuruNanak Dev Ji Parvasi Channel will do live telecast for three-days from Sri Nankana Sahib birthplace of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji and simultaneously from Sri Kartarpur Sahib and Sri Panja Sahib, Pakistan for the first time .
This will be digitally made available in 30 countries across the world including Canada, USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand and India, where the Punjabi community and devotees of Guru Nanak Dev Ji reside.
With utmost reverence and great enthusiasm, Mr. Rajinder Saini revealed that last year when the corridor of Shri Kartarpur Sahib was opened, he too had gone to Pakistan at that time and then he there had prayed that he would leave no stone unturned to ensure that the religious ceremonies to be held on the occasion of next Gurpurav are telecasted live throughout the world, so as to ensure that devotees living across the map do not miss a chance to watch live darshan of ceremonies from Sri Nankana Sahib, Sri Kartarpur Sahib and Sri Panja Sahib.
I am delightful to share that after overcoming many difficulties and hurdles, this time all the congregations of Gurupurav will be shown on the Parvasi television channel for three consecutive days. Apart from this, it can also be seen live on Parvasi TV’s website and by downloading the Parvasi Media App on Android or iPhone, shared Mr. Rajinder Saini.
He said that this time, due to ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, Sangat will not be able to go to Pakistan to visit these holy shrines, they will be able to watch live digitally these Gurudhams and holy places, while sitting at their homes.
It is pertinent to mention that about one million immigrants are residing in Canada, about eight lakh are residing in America and similarly millions of immigrants live in countries like UK, Australia and New Zealand, who are delighted to hear about the news regarding live telecast of these religious ceremonies.
Mr. Rajinder Saini further shared that it is a matter of great pride and happiness for him that because of Parvasi website, app and Parvasi TV, millions of people will be able to see the live broadcasts in India too.
He further informed that Parvasi has also tied up with India-based Yupp TV, which is broadcasted worldwide, and through which people can also watch Parvasi TV on Yupp TV’s app.
